Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours (we are closed from lunch from 1pm–2pm):

Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

We rotate office days between Wheaton and Woodridge. Patients are seen at either office.

On-Time Appointments

We understand that your time is precious commodity; therefore, we have devoted considerable time and effort into designing a schedule system that will offer a wide variety of appointment times to accommodate your busy schedule.

Initial appointments to take records or to place braces will need to be scheduled In the morning hours. These appointments will range in time length from 40 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes, depending on the procedure. This means that school or world would need to be missed. Once appliances and /or braces have been placed, each patient is seen every 4to 12 weeks for their regular adjustment/check appointments. These adjustments/cheek appointments can then be scheduled before or after school or work.

We do confirm all appointments by phone and e-mail. Our New Patients Coordinator will confirm the first few appointments. The remaining appointments will be confirmed 1 day before your scheduled appointment by our computer reminder system T.Link. The e-mail or text messages will come 4 days before the scheduled appointment. Please remember that the call or e-mail is just a reminder. Please rely on your appointment slip in the event that the call or e-mail does not come.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Our office is "in-network" with most insurance companies. We will verify insurance benefits, accept payments from your insurance company, and take care of all the insurance billings to help minimize your insurance concerns. We will also assist you with flexible spending accounts and are happy to provide you with the required payment receipts. We will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary financial difficulties.
